👀 new website 👀
Finally, after 10 years, we are getting a real website!
For years, we’ve wanted to build a proper website with all the features that matter most to our listeners and the artists that have built our platform.
With the help of Decimal, a local studio here in Greenpoint, we are now excited to present our first real website update in 10 years!
Here are some of the new features:
The archives of the shows will now be available on our website within just a few minutes after the show ends!
The chat room will automatically post info about each shows as they start and include details on upcoming gigs from the artist
All archived shows now feature a tracklist!
The tracklist is time stamped, meaning that clicking on a track title will have the show play from there. Once you click on the track you will also be connected to other artists who have also played that track on the radio.
Our Lot Radio residents will now have an artist’s page that features an archive of their shows and guests.
Once you create a log-in, you will be able to save your favorite shows.
And so much more to explore : )
This website is the result of hours of talks and efforts to try and push what an independent online radio station website could be and could do. It’s our new ever evolving platform and we hope it will allow us to connect better with all of you. We will add and fine tune some features here and there but for now please enjoy this iteration!
Tomorrow Tuesday at 2pm ET Francois from The Lot Radio and Cherif from Decimal will be doing a show to run through all the features etc… feel free to hope in the new chat room to ask questions!
